What the aura scan shows

This page is about the scan experience: photo guidance, visual output, privacy, and the difference between a browser-based aura scanner and a physical aura camera.

01

Photo signal

If you add a portrait, ChakraLens reads broad light, color, warmth, and contrast signals locally in your browser.

02

Visual aura map

The output is designed to feel like a scan: color spectrum, chakra lights, strongest center, and needs-care center.

03

Scan quality tips

Lighting, filters, background color, and whether your face is visible can change how vivid the visual result feels.

04

Private processing

The photo step is optional and on-device. ChakraLens does not need to upload your image to create the scan.

Process

How an online aura scan works

An online aura scan turns a spiritual color idea into a structured digital experience. In ChakraLens, the scan uses reflective answers first, because your current state matters more than a random image alone.

When you add a photo, the browser reads broad color, light, and tone features on your device. The photo is not sent to ChakraLens. The result is a symbolic color map, not a biometric identity check or health analysis.

Scanner limits

What an aura scanner can and cannot do

A browser-based aura scanner can create a meaningful symbolic reading from visual qualities and self-reflection inputs. It can show a consistent color map, generate a chakra balance, and help you notice patterns in mood, expression, and energy.

It cannot prove the existence of a literal energy field, diagnose health, detect emotions with scientific certainty, or identify a person. ChakraLens intentionally frames the scan as entertainment and reflection rather than measurement.

Photo guidance

What photo works best?

Use a clear portrait in natural light, without heavy filters or a busy background. A calm, recent photo tends to produce a more coherent visual result than an old picture or a dark room snapshot.

If you prefer not to use a photo, skip it. The 12-question path still creates a complete chakra and aura reading.

Bad inputs

Photos that make weaker scans

Very dark photos, heavy beauty filters, sunglasses, extreme color lighting, screenshots, group photos, and cluttered backgrounds tend to make the visual scan less coherent. The reading may still work from the questionnaire, but the aura image can feel less personal.

For the most stable result, use a recent portrait with your face and shoulders visible, natural light, and a simple background. If the photo feels unlike your current state, skip it or take a fresh one.

Interpretation

Aura scan vs aura reading

The scan is the visual map: colors, centers, strongest point, and needs-care point. The reading is the interpretation: what those colors may mean for personality, emotional habits, relationships, and next steps.

ChakraLens combines both, so you are not left with only a color label. You get a visual result plus words you can actually use for reflection.

Privacy

Why on-device photo analysis matters

Many aura apps ask users to upload a selfie. ChakraLens avoids that by analyzing the optional photo in the browser. The result can feel visual while keeping the privacy promise simple: no server upload is needed for the image step.

This also makes the scan easier to explain. The photo helps render a mood and color field; the personal interpretation comes from the combined scan signals and your answers.

Frequently asked

Can I scan my aura online for free?

Yes. ChakraLens lets you start a free aura scan online with no account and no app download.

Is this the same as an aura camera?

No. ChakraLens is a browser-based reflective tool, not Kirlian photography or a physical aura camera. It uses color symbolism and chakra associations for entertainment and self-reflection.

What happens to my photo?

Your photo is processed locally in your browser. It is not uploaded to a server and is not stored by ChakraLens.

Why can aura scan results change?

The reading reflects your current answers and optional photo. If your mood, lighting, choices, or self-reflection changes, the result can shift too.

Can I use the camera instead of uploading a file?

Yes, ChakraLens supports a camera-style flow where available, and a file/photo option can also be used depending on your browser. In both cases, the photo analysis is designed to happen on your device.

A clear boundary

ChakraLens is for entertainment, journaling, and self-reflection. Aura and chakra readings are not scientifically verified and do not provide medical, psychological, relationship, legal, or financial advice.
