Not every imbalance needs more energy
A depleted quality may need gentle access. An overextended quality usually needs a counterweight. The planner changes all seven practices according to that distinction.

A depleted quality may need gentle access. An overextended quality usually needs a counterweight. The planner changes all seven practices according to that distinction.
Practical
You will not be asked to force a feeling or chase an activation symptom. Each day connects a spiritual theme to an ordinary choice you can notice and complete.
Private
No account is required and your answers are not uploaded. The browser remembers your most recent plan, which you can copy or download for the week ahead.
Choose with context
The seven-chakra model is best used as a map of themes, not seven literal diagnoses. Start with the pattern that is most present in your life, then follow its full guide if you want history, Sanskrit context, signs, and deeper practices.
Before you begin
“Blocked” is popular shorthand, but it can hide the direction of a pattern. Difficulty speaking and speaking without listening both concern the throat theme, yet they need opposite responses. Choose low or blocked when the quality feels unavailable, mostly steady when it is flexible, and too intense when it dominates.
During the week
Before each practice, briefly record what is happening. Afterwards, note one observable difference: easier, harder, unchanged, or unclear. That is more useful than trying to prove a chakra has opened. At the end of day seven, keep the one action that genuinely improved your relationship with the theme.
Method and limits
On this page, healing means attention, practice, and a more flexible relationship with a chakra theme. Root may point toward practical support; sacral toward feeling and creativity; solar plexus toward agency; heart toward reciprocal care; throat toward expression; third eye toward discernment; and crown toward meaning.
Chakra models developed across diverse South Asian religious and contemplative traditions; the familiar seven-center, rainbow-colored chart is largely a modern synthesis. ChakraLens uses that contemporary map transparently as a symbolic framework. It does not measure subtle energy, diagnose a blockage, or establish that a practice caused a health change.
If a prompt brings up pain, panic, trauma, or symptoms that concern you, pause it. Spiritual reflection can sit alongside qualified medical or psychological support, but should not replace it. You can read more about our approach in the methodology and our guide to chakra healing and medical advice.
A chakra healing plan is a structured spiritual reflection routine organized around chakra themes. This planner turns one selected theme into seven small actions involving grounding, creativity, boundaries, communication, discernment, or meaning. It is not medical treatment.
Choose the theme that best matches a repeated pattern in daily life, not the chakra with the most dramatic description. If you are unsure, use the free blocked chakra quiz or full chakra test, then treat the result as a reflection prompt rather than a diagnosis.
You can, but one focus is often easier to observe and complete. Try one seven-day plan, note what changes, and then choose another center. Chakra themes also overlap, so work on one center may support another.
Blocked or depleted means a quality feels difficult to access. Overactive means it dominates or has become rigid. For example, heart energy may feel guarded when depleted and over-giving when overactive. The appropriate practice is different for each direction.
Consistency matters more than duration. Five minutes is enough for a small observable action; ten or fifteen minutes gives more room for journaling, movement, or reflection. Stop or adapt any practice that feels uncomfortable.
